Chicken cheese Roll



ING:
1/2 kg chicken(boiled & shredded)
1 cup mozeralla cheese
1 cup capsicum(thinly sliced)
1 cup cabbage(finely sliced)
2tsp black pepper
1tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 green chillies(finely chopped)
2tbsp tomato katchup
spring roll sheets
oil for frying

METHOD:


Fry cabbage & capsicum in greased pan.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl(chicken,cabbage,capsicum,salt,black​ pepper powder,red chilli powder,green chilli,tomatoe ketchup).
Add cheese when the mixture is cooled.
Make rolls.
Deep fry them
Serve with chutni or ketchup or chilli sauce.
